COG-Cast 1
OK, here's our first stab at a Podcast! Short but sweet. This contains a couple songs excerpted from Monday night's rehearsal, which we're going to perform Saturday at Babelcon.

Please tell me if this podcast works correctly:

P.S.: If anybody's going up to Babelcon from New Orleans and has space for an extra passenger, please contact Skamperdanskity. Thank you!

Thanks! We will endeavor to do this often... since we rehearse in my personal sound studio, it's not THAT difficult to record our live rehearsals. So you get to hear what we're brewing up, even if it's a cover song that we can't legally sell. (Why didn't I think of this before?!??)

Podcast is working fine as others have reported. It's great to hear some new (to me) material. I know the Dolby cover is up on the website but I hadn't heard the Dr. Who theme cover yet so thanks for that. We definitely need more of these COG-Casts.

Yeah, the T. Dolby song has been available for download since 2003... but this is the first time C.O.G.'s played it in over four years, so it becomes a 'new one' for us, and a 'live' recording to boot.

The cover of 'Doctor Who' is BRAND new - we just learned it last week!

Fantastic!! Is this going to be on a regular schedule, or only when Fillbert blows up the lab and you need to do something while it is being repaired? If this will be regular, I hope there will be an rss feed to pirate, I mean download it easier.

Good sir,

You are mistaken on at least two levels:

first, if Filbert had blown up the lab, where would we be broadcasting from?

second, how can you pirate something that being given away for free?!??
